Sales Analysis

The Sales Analysis module has a dual function in that it is the repository of all A/R sales and margin statistics as well as sales representative’s statistics including commissions. The Sales statistics for customers and sales representatives are automatically captured for current-month-to-date, current-year-to-date and last year showing sales and margin. 

Optionally by individual sales representative and customer, this same data can be collected and maintained for each of the past 12/13 periods for each selling branch and product class. This then makes available a wide range of reports, both during the month, at month-end and as statistical reporting after the month-end. Each report has the capability of being printed for specific ranges of customers, sales representatives, branches and product classes.

Define the data detail online
Select specific data on each inquiry
Displays current or previous month information
Display 12 month trend or year to date and last year data
Sales, Margin and Margin % available

Supports a variety of order types and priorities
Customer Part
Optionally maintains the sales and margin of each part purchased by a customer showing last year and current-year-to-date totals as well as last purchase date, price, cost and invoice number
Optionally maintains above for inquiry showing all parts purchased by this customer or all customers purchasing this part
